Memorable food in memorable surroundings
We want you to remember your experience at Kitley as much for the food as for the surroundings. Under our Head Chef and his team, our restaurant was recently awarded an AA rosette and it’s important to us that the dishes we serve are both delicious and locally-sourced.
Whenever we can, we use ingredients produced within a small radius of Kitley. Our succulent pork, duck and chicken are as local as it comes, reared right here on the estate. By supporting Devon producers, we also reduce our carbon footprint and food miles. That way, the dish on your plate is good in more ways than one.
Our menu caters for those with special dietary requirements, food sensitivities and allergies.

Also at Kitley…
Our elegant first-floor State Rooms and Suites are light, spacious and airy, traditionally furnished to complement the architecture of the house. Our Classic rooms are cosily tucked under the eaves. Wherever you sleep, you’ll wake up to delightful views of our country estate and start your day with a wholesome breakfast.
Whatever your business needs, let us make your event a success. Kitley House is the perfect choice for meetings, conferences and residential courses with flexible rooms catering for up to 100 people.
We found Kitley House to be a gem hidden away within acres of woodland just waiting to be explored. The house is full of historic charm and the rooms and service were faultless. Worth the drive from London and will be returning.
Mark Bush, guest
The last time we stayed at Kitley House it was excellent. Service, food, entertainment - All First Class!
Kitley has a very different feel to it now. It is cosier and visibly more cared for now that it is a family run hotel. The staff are still as friendly as they have ever been but the place itself now appears to be being loved.
