Late Availability - Maximum Flexibility! For those guests with greater flexibility in their planning our Late Availability Rates offer great value room bookings with no reduction in quality. Late Availability - Rates and Availability do change on a daily basis and may be limited. These rooms are booked on a Bed & Kitley Devon Breakfast basis and the full value of the first night is taken on booking. In the event of a change in the booking this can be made within 3 months of the original date. In the event of cancellation without notice the full value of the first nights accommodation will be taken and the rest of the booking cancelled.
